Hired for a workers compensation case. After filing case and before even the pre trial withdrew from representing me. This lawyer will abandon job and quit on you without notice and find out by court withdrawal paper in mail. He has very unprofessional work ethnic.

I been wrangling the judicial system for years, so i have a good idea how things work. Anyway, i got a speeding ticket late last year and didn't have but about twelve days until my court date. And i was in a financial jam at the time so i couldn't hire my powerhouse lawyer who i knew would have gotten the case dismissed. So i ended up hiring this joker for $500 less. What a huge mistake!! First, i made it clear to him up front that anything less than a non -moving violation was unacceptable. So anyway, he sends me a letter a month and a half after my court date, informing me that he plead me guilty to a speeding ticket. And to make matters worse, since he waited more than thirty days to inform me, i could no longer appeal my case, which of course he knew this. Guess he didn't want me to make him look bad by appealing my case, which i would have most certainly done. What a douchebag! Either this guy's name doesn't carry much weight where he practices law, or he doesn't care about all his client's needs. I would say maybe both. But either way, don't waste your time, money, or energy on this guy here! I would use Breeding and Associates in Knoxville, TN. ~Nathan Kluttz~
