I have worked with Kevin on many transactions, he sold my mother’s home and negotiated the purchase of my son’s home, both of them are sitting in equitable situations. I have admired Kevin’s integrity. His methods in business are solid and he has a lot of years of experience. I have been privy to several of his business transactions and have witnessed his method and approach. Kevin does NOT falter to staying honest and true, even when it does not benefit him. He works his guts out and produces results and sells homes quickly because of his years of experience and willingness to do what other agents will not do!!! The internet can only do so much. I have had long talks with him and know his ambition, which is long term service and looking out for his clients investment. That’s rare.

Kevin is an exceptional real estate agent. His knowledge of the industry and his ability to communicate with people is a incredible. His phone etiquette is out of this world. If you are looking for an agent that's going to treat you right, this is the one you want to go with. Also just as a side note, he never asked me to post this. It's just my pleasure.

Referred by a friend, Kevin was my realtor in a recent home sale. He prides himself on being available by phone and staying in contact with his clients, which he does well. His modus operandi is “trust me, I’m an experienced real estate agent and I’ll take care of everything with no discussion or explanation necessary unless you ask a specific question.” This includes the listing contract, commission, exclusive right to sell and duration of time, addendum, contingencies, buyers and sellers rights, what appliances, draperies, etc. to take or leave in the house, closing costs, marketing strategy, etc. As a first time home seller it’s difficult to always know what questions to ask and a discussion or explanation would have been very helpful. He rolls out a dog and pony show about how his open houses and door to door canvassing are a great boon to the seller when in reality they are a way for real estate agents to market themselves and prospect for clients. Of the 70 people who came through his 3 open houses I did not have one qualified buyer. My serious buyer saw my home on the internet and came through with his agent as do over 98% of home sales. The best room in my home had unflattering pictures taken, which Kevin acknowledged, but the picture ended up in the listing. Kevin’s internet presence in marketing is minimal. Kevin has been using the same contractors for so long that he’s out of touch with the kind of work that they do. He sent an AC contractor to give a bid on putting in central air and I was told that my ducts were to small and my ceilings would have to be taken apart to put in new ducts and wiring and my wiring would have to be reconfigured outside at the fuse box. Ultimately no bid was given because the contractor said it wasn’t feasible to install AC. After 4 of my own bids I had central air installed for a reasonable price with none of the issues mentioned by any of the other bidders. Kevin didn't feel like it was important to attend my inspection and was so uninformed about my home he was unable to negotiate effectively with the buyer on repairs to be made. I had to do that myself, against his advice, and saved a substantial amount of money. I do not recommend Kevin. His old school methods are not helpful and he ended up being a liability in many ways.

My wife and I have sold 4 homes and bought 3 throughout our 23 years being married. Kevin went far above and beyond any other agents we've hired. He held open houses for us, his first open house he provided lunch for guests. He also sent out mailers to our neighborhood and even knocked on doors the night before to invite them! Who does that? We sold our house in 4 weeks and got full price. He did have us do some work on our home to improve its appearance which was well worth the effort and money we spent. Thanks Kevin!
