I live in Kewadin for a few years now. Plus: it is a nice community of almost exclusively graduate students and faculty. It is on campus, short walk to my office. Minus: the buildings are quite old and often maintained by undergrads on hourly wage, so don't expect much. The management recently started to regulate small stuff and is a bit annoying. Also, they made laundry free. Now random people can do it if they can get a key from residents. I dont think I want to stay another year

Awful the internet never works and apartments are old and falling apart, not to mention way too pricy for what you get worst decision ever
