Beware of these people.  I trade in my car to them and then I purchased a car from them and they charged me for my tags ( which was my tags), $2000 and when I notified the finance company they stated that I did not have to paid them anymore money because they have the title and the car was no longer in their possession.  Before I took action with the finance company, Jolene and her partner, Harry threaten me, " If you don't pay for the registration, your car will be repossessed.   How could they when the car was not their car but me being ignorant to the game, I previously paid them $ 860.00 bucks and had a balance of $1177.00 according to them. They put me on a payment plan, harassed me to make payments.   I received no more calls from them after I notified the finance company (AFS ACCEPTANCE) and they took action against them.   I tried several times to reach them by phone so that they will give my registration which they now have in their possession, but my calls were ignored.  I took legal action for repayment of my money.   Please be aware if you buy a car from them and once it is out of there hands, you should not have to pay anymore money because the bank takes care of that for you.

Im giving them one star because I have no choice, but these people deserve nothing. They're rude money hungry thieves. Please don't make the same mistake I made and purchase a lemon car. These people seem so friendly when you have the money in your pocket and then the second your car has an issue they become ignorant and rude. Not to mention that when you ask to speak to the owner people like Trish will catch an attitude and deny any access to him what so ever. These people actually hurt there customers financially with there screaming business. Honestly, key automotive should be shut down!!! Avoid this place unless you want a headache!

I have bad credit and have been dreading new car shopping but these guys made it super easy! Jolene, the credit finance lady, found me the best possible financing that i could afford and made the process super easy! i wasn't there all day like i had expected! it was quick and easy and me and my kids are super happy we don't have to take the bus! i will tell my friends and family

I cannot express the gratitude I have for this dealership! I got the car I wanted and at the best price available! This place definitely deserves every star that I gave them. They're hands down the best dealership, no other dealerships can come close to the professionalism  and class. They gained a loyal customer from here on out! Thank you Key Automotive
