Poor customer service. 
I recently called this branch questions about information on accounts that i  inherited from the recent death of my father. And, YES! The employee that answered the phone (in a rather impolite and nonprofessional tone) told me she was with a client and to call another branch! I then asked if anyone else was available, once again rudely, gave an unlikely excuse.
