came in with a tubeless wheel that leaked at the base of the valve. the guy took the wheel and swapped out the valve with a new one and was able to fill my tire up and it sustained 20 psi while i drove to the trail. all done in 15 minutes(re-used the original liquid). 26$. fair enough. this was my first time at the trail and i had to stop every 5 minutes to fill up my tire. if i push on the valve, it leaks at the base. i drove 3 hrs back home and fixed it myself

The selection of bikes thankfully included two suitable for a short person. The staff member (owner?) suggested the touring bike for comfort. It was awesome! So comfortable and effortless to ride. My boyfriend was pleased with his performance bike. Both bikes were in great shape, as were the helmets. The rental (maybe cause off-season?) Included a basket. And he included a bike lock, which came in handy when we reached the beach. Great rentals!

It is really unfortunate when people have something great and have no idea how to take care of it. I came to this shop looking to purchase a new bicycle. They have a large inventory, and carry many large brands (which I found surprising after talking with the salesman for a little bit). The individual who helped me was a tall man, thick accent with thin white hair, possibly Baltic/Mediterranean. I came in looking for a Trek FX S 6 and was directed to this store through Trek Dealer locator. The salesman told me they didn't have that bike, and if I wanted to order that their would be an additional cost for freight (around $25-$50) and it would take a week. Once I spent more time talking to the salesman it became clear he wasn't interested in my business. He had no background knowledge of the bike and just knew how to order it. Why would I buy from a store if they know nothing about their product? The salesman then decided that I had asked enough questions and went to the back of the store and sat in front of a computer, not doing anything. He then made a call on his cellphone and proceeded to talk loudly while I was still in the store. Long story short, very rude staff, the price is actually more expensive than if you order it off Trek directly and overall bad experience. I would not recommend this store, the people who work here are very rude and not fitting to have business in a place such as Key Biscayne.

I sent my mtb for a new chain. When pickup, the owner Sergio, told me that the total was $59, $40 for the chain and $16 for the labor plus tax. Put in new chain takes 30 seconds. After I checked the price of the chain on the web, the surprise was that cost $15.99. I think it is self explanatory. Don't recommend ever to go this store. By the way, I purchase at the same store a road bike for Five thousand dollars two month ago. This is the value the store gives to clients.
