First, I have never written a google review, so this is saying a lot. I cannot even begin to describe how impressed I am with Key Harbor by the Crabtree Mall. I lost my keys and was unable to get into my car. They had the option to come to me (but I have AAA so this was not necessary) and replaced my key set for $100 cheaper (and quicker) than the dealership was able to do. I am extremely pleased and will only recommend Key Harbor in the future.

These are the nicest people ever!  They are so incredibly helpful and make losing your keys an enjoyable experience. 10/10 would recommend to friends!

So I came in May 21,2017 and spent over $200 on one key. Within 2 months the key remote started to separate. I couldn't get to the store due to work and their hours of operation. So today I go into the store because the remote separated. All the wires show and so does the battery. The manager says he's never seen this happen yet the best he can do is make another key for $200 again. I'm sorry the key isn't a year old. If you've never seen this happen why not fix the situation. So after going in circles he says i can get you a key for $149. But why would I pay for another key that may do the same thing? That would be $350 down the drain. This company is stealing money from people. Don't go here. Just get it from the dealership!! I only gave them one star because Google wouldn't accept my post.

Miles just hooked me up! He was totally nice and had me in and out in no time. Make sure you stop in to Key Harbor and let them hook you up, too. You won't be disappointed.

Very friendly and knowledgeable staff.  Service was fast and prices are good.  I will definitely go back.
