I've had my share of issues with this company but, they're definitely improving. The fact that they take time to acknowledge concerns and address them goes a long way.

After renting a property for almost three years I can rate this company with accuracy. They consistently failed to maintain the property despite several service requests. The staff (Laurie and Lionel) were always very rude when we called.  When we moved we left the home much cleaner than when we moved in yet Laurie complained about the cabinets being stained. They were stained BEFORE we moved in! She even sent pictures of the stains along with our deposit. I guess sending the pictures of the pre existing stains made her feel better? This company is absolutely the worst at property management and I would not recommend them to a friend. (Laurie maybe! But not a friend!;)

Renting the place for 10 years they never make any improvement they never be late on rent when I need the only one time i ask for it the was no helpful at all they said i dont make the payment to vacate the house just like that with out asking me the reason .

Take your business to any other realtor in Louisiana. Lionel can't speak clearly, and Laurie is perpetually rude in every conversation she has with her customers. Horrible place to rent property from because of these two not following up with service requests and being uneducated.
