Our stay at Key West Inn started out poorly since there was no one at the check in desk. I literally left and returned 10 minutes later. However the actual check in was fairly quick and the attendant remained friendly although he seemed frazzled by several phone calls while trying to complete my check in. The double queen room was good for the price. It seemed fairly clean but there were some repairs that needed to be done including some unfinished spots on the bathroom wall. The beds were comfortable and the sheets and other bedding seemed clean. We had 2 old styled TVs in our room which seemed odd but they worked well and the cable provided offered numerous channels. The refrigerator and microwave were clean as well as the kitchen cabinets and counter. There was an old beer bottle in the trash can in the bathroom which was the only trashcan in the entire room. The kids and I spent a lot of time in the pool which was small but nicely maintained. The continental breakfast had limited choices but the waffle maker made up for it. Overall, our stay was nice.

To be honest they don't even deserve a star at all. When me and my family checked in they Didn't have but one towel towel in our room for 5 people and when I Informed them about it we still didnt get towels until the next day. We booked a non smoking room but the room smelled like someone had smoked a whole pack of cigarettes in there. The sheets on the bed/ some what of a recliner had several stains. Had a ironing board with no iron then when I asked for one they said they Didn't have any more. The worst stay ever!!!

Excellent service. Very polite staff.  Good deal for your money. Only 20-30 minutes to the beach. I will stay here if life brings me through Pensacola again.

This place was absolutely horrible. There was not one good thing about this hotel. Not one. My family and I had allergic reactions to something in the floor. The microwave would not open. The ac didn't work. The refrigerator and bathroom were not clean. The place wreaked of mold. The floor would've been more comfortable then those beds that felt like you were sitting on concrete. The staff were screaming at each other instead of checking us in and took 30 minutes to check us in because they kept forgetting the person in front of us change after paying and his room key. There were bed bugs. There were two doors to enter one room which was super sketchy. "Good price" or not this hotel is not a good place to stay unless you're on drugs.

I stayed here overnight and it was a peaceful night under the tree by the pool. The place is really adorable. The room had EVERYTHING. It was very clean and the shower was fabulous. 
I will definitely stay there when I  return. 
Thank you Key West. I enjoyed my visit.
