This is the worst financial institution in the US! Nothing is as it seems from the dumpy 1970's decor and features of the store-fronts in any city. They will mismanage your money and pay you no mind while doing it. Mark my words.

banked here for a while there pretty good about everything and have tons of ways to help you know how muck money you have and even helped me when someone stole my card and used to the overdraft my account.

I have been a long time customer of Key Bank. However, in the past few months, I have been disgusted by their lack of understanding. I have had several overdraft charges post to my account, each one $37.00. This time, they put a hold on a check that I deposited, never had a hold placed before, but while this check was on hold, they allowed over $300 of transactions take place. This pushed my account into the negative. So, now, I have over $148 in overdraft charges that I can do nothing about. I am FURIOUS!!!!!! I thought that they were one of the few banks left that was for the customer. Apparently I was wrong!!!!
