So they are real nice but guest service in a timely manner just does not exist. If you want fast service go to any other bank but thus one.  Never more than one teller for dt and lobby. Just so slow.

I went to Fairwood Key Bank branch in Renton, WA on June 19th to close my checking account. Michael Weidemi waited on me, he asked me why I am closing an account and gave me my money. Imagine my surprise when 2 weeks later I have received an email from Key bank telling me that my statement is available to view. What statement? I closed the account. I called Key bank customer service number and found out that my account wasn't closed and now I have a negative balance of $25 (maintenance fee) since there was no money left on that account. I was furious. My suggestion that you need to stain your staff better since they have no idea what are they doing.
