This bank is awesome. I will admit that if I didn't have veterans status to negate all fees that comes from being a US Bank member that I wouldn't bank with them, but they always take care of me. This branch also has a play area that my son loves to play in. I WOULDN'T USE THIS BANK IF YOU DON'T HAVE A LOOP HOLE TO AVOID THEIR FEES.

Super friendly employees. Always willing to help. Took care of dispute hassle free and ASAP which was appropriated and made my day a little better.

Front doors are not auto doors if your in a wheelchair and i did not see a teller window low enough for one either. Nice staff

Pathetic organization that answers to Cleveland OH. In my dealings with them for the last 14 years is that they are far from trustworthy. As recent as last Dec. I went into an agreement with the Hilltop branch that now they will not honor. Simply put, an unethical business.

Dishonest crooks. Do not put your money here. 

We closed our account after bad service. Horrible service. We removed our money. Months later they sent us to collections claiming we owed them money and back fees. Completely made up. 

If we had owed them money why would they not update the balance before closing the account?

Hundreds in fees. We had to pay them since we were trying to buy a house and needed to clear our report. 

District manager lied through her teeth, then changed her story to cover her lie. 

Crooks.
