I've been banking at Key Bank ever since they took over the previous bank. They've been great! Always helpful and courteous and friendly. Great customer service. The fees are becoming a little harsh though but they always try to find the best deal for us.

Do not join this bank. They mis-handled a situation with my elderly grandmother horribly. As she has gotten into her late 80's my grandmothers dementia has been progressive especially over this past year. Because of how they handled her and the situation, my grandmother and mother were both harassed and put into significant distress. We've seriously considered filing a lawsuit and have been told that we have grounds, however we are not a litigious family. All accounts are being closed and we are simply washing our hands of them. Pick a different bank. They do not deserve your business.
