Tried opening an account there. Their overdraft policy really appealed to me! I went in the middle of the day-- there was one teller and one person who could open an account for me. I was informed that he was tied up for at least thirty minutes and that a second banker would be in later in the day; I was already taking work off to open said account. Long story short, their lack of personelle led me to another bank.

I really love this bank! Jessica is super helpful and makes things so easy! It's really important to have a fun relationship with your bankers and tellers, and you definitely get that here with Jessica! Great bank in Fort Collins!

They were fast and covenant. Able to put my truck loan right though. They will help you with anything u need.

I was on my 3rd day of recovery following strabismus surgery,  when out of the blue a friend called and asked me to borrow some money due to an emergency situation... I got myself out of bed,  through on some clothes,  and headed down to this key bank,  to make a deposit for my friend. .. They took 26 minutes to make a simple cash deposit on a Saturday around 11am in the drive through... I was the only car in drive through. .. After about the first ten minutes I hit the button to ask what was taking so long,  and was told that they have a line inside and that they "would get to it when they get to it"... 10 more minutes passed,  and then finally the same smart mouthed kid from before came on and said, thanks for waiting, with a smirk grin. . I Told him at that point that I just had invasive eye surgery,  and I really need to get back home as it was hard to hold my head up. .. He said, "I guess it's just your bad luck you showed up at the wrong time, huh pal? 6 more minutes passed,  he finally came back on and shouted,  "Anything else!!??" And coldly shoved my receipt back out to me.. It had been 26 minutes total at this point. .. I lifted up my sunglasses to show my swollen and closed eye, and as soon as I did he started laughing out loud very obnoxiously!! Appalled at this and in severe pain,  I asked,  why would you think this is funny? ? At that point he said,  I'll be inside if you have a problem with it..... I drove off remembering reading the lord of the flies, thinking to myself,  we are not far away from total chaos when bank tellers start acting in this manner. .. His name on the receipt said,  MARTILK

DO NOT USE THIS DRIVE THRU ATM!! I am not a Key bank customer and I used this ATM. The machine took my card and then was unresponsive and wouldn't return my card. I call the next day and they said they destroyed my card. Terrible customer service and a major inconvenience for me. If this is how they treat an ATM customer I can't imagine their service to actual customers is any better!
