Absolutely the worst banking experience I ever had in my life!! I opened an account just to find out days later they closed it. Then they said they would send me an official check with all the money (over $1,000). It took 10 days for the check to finally arrive ( I live a mile away from the bank) and this is 26 DAYS AFTER I DEPOSITED THE MONEY!! Then when I go in with a KEY BANK OFFICIAL CHECK I am told the COULD NOT CASH THEIR OWN OFFICIAL CHECKS!!!! DO NOT BANK HERE!!! It was the worst experience I've ever had to go through with a bank and I'll make sure to let everyone I know to stay as far away from KeyBank as possible.

Not a huge fan of this Keybank. Employees were rude when I first got there until they eventually realized during the time I had an account with them that I had money and I was not a student. They never warned me about fees or being slightly inactive, until the fee went to collections (
