THE WORST BANKING INSTITUTION EVER.  I had this bank overdraft 7 checks in one day. I had a deposit slip for $5000.00 cash in my hand showing a balance of over $6,000.00 at 9 am. The bank bounced 7 checks with fees of over $200.00 that same day. They told me they run on East coast time and that THEIR on-line banking is not in real time. The manager would only reverse 3 of the fees. This type of business practice is way out of line. By the way, the Manager gets paid partially on fees collected. A bank with terrible policies and procedures.

If I could give them negative stars I would. The worst bank I've ever been a part of had to close my account, the lead teller is rude and unprofessional took her advice and opened my boyfriend and I an account across the street at US bank. It's unfortunate after having banked with them for 3 years.
