Even though I didn't purchase my RC 350 from them, I still drive the 2 hours from where I live (instead of the 45 min from where I purchased it)  to have it serviced by the Lexus of Valencia Service department.  Derek Hindigian, the service manager has always made sure that I got the answers I needed, and all of the service advisors have been great.  To me, Chris Ghattas really stands out from the bunch  He has been my advisor for the last few services, and he has addressed my concerns and wants without question.  He has went out of his way to make sure I was 100% happy before I left the dealership.  I cannot recommend them enough!

we bought a car here a while back , frank noorlahi did our financing and nothing was explained good to us , until we realized now car at service all the details of the warranty , it was not what he said, not so much is covered . 
and a lot of other things , frank was a total crook.
