I used the kiosk to get a couple of keys made. It was easy to use and convenient. There were not a lot of options to choose from, and it was almost twice as much to get a key made here as it was from a key making kiosk in Home Depot. I’d use it again if I were in a bind but not if I had extra time to shop around.

The service was fast to make my house key.  I did it inside of a Safeway. The key did work for my house.  The only problem I have is that I think it cost too much. $10 was kind of pricey.

I got locked outside my unit because my lock key didn't work in the lock. I called a KeyMe person whose work place were located just 5 min. away from my complex. He showed up 55 min. later unlocked my door in 2 min. Great! However he charged  $ 240.00, this was too expensive- just ripped off.  Later, I called someone else from task rabbit to install my locks and charged a very affordable price.  Next day I went to Safeway to use KeyMe self key machine to have an extra one. Easy, quick, affordable.  Highly recommend it.

Good - but I chose option 2 keys with third key free and only received 2 keys. That's ok because I only paid for two, but the promotion was two keys with the third key free.

Although my keys couldn’t be replaced I was refunded. Today a new key came and it was perfect!

I bought two car keys from KeyMe.  The keys didn't come with the fob like I expected, but when I complained the folks at KeyMe agreed to reimburse me.
