This place is great! I highly recommend to anyone needing a storage facility.

Great place to have your stuff stolen.  Units here have gaps between the side walls and the ceiling, which means folks in the units next to you can peek over and scope out your belongings.  It also means that when management doesn't bother to lock the vacated unit next to you, anyone can come by and look in.  They can also cut a little insulation away, hop over the wall, and help themselves to anything they can fit through the gap.  Management will shake their heads and tell you they're sorry your stuff got stolen, and then just point to the line in the contract that releases from from liability "INCLUDING THE ACTIVE OR PASSIVE ACTS OR OMISSIONS OR NEGLIGENCE OF THE LESSOR, HIS AGENTS OR EMPLOYEES."  When you ask if they can at least look at security footage to see when your belongings left the facility, they'll point out that they only have video footage of the front gate and office.  Since it's unlikely they'd be able to tell anything from that footage, they're not going to bother looking at all.  When you then ask if they can at least do something about the giant insulation hole and gap between units, they'll offer to trim the insulation so it's not hanging, but decline to do anything about the fact that there's still an easy way to get into your unit from a neighboring unit.  I have never dealt with a storage facility so lackadaisical with regards to the security and physical integrity of their facility.  I'm giving them one star only because I can't give them less.
