Didn’t catch the name of who answered the phone but she either doesn’t know how to talk to people or was having a bad day. I asked her for the price of a ghost key and instead of asking me to explain what I’m talking about she started talking to me like I was dumb because she didn’t know what a ghost key was. She proceeded to start asking my location and phone number. When I told her I just want a price I got more attitude. She began telling me that she doesn’t know she has to check. She could have said the same words with a different attitude and the conversation would have gone different. I told her she has a nasty attitude she she started yelling “nooooooooo”. I just disconnected the line. I wasn’t begging her for free services so I don’t understand that attitude. I’m shocked because they have pretty good reviews. She still had a locksmith call back that’s why I gave 2 stars.

If you need an outstanding service, fast and effective. You go to that place!!!!! Period!!!!! I did have some major problems with my car key, it couldn’t work any kinda way. I came here and Alicia took care of the situation in matter of seconds!!!!! I will definitely come back and refer anyone to that place for any key problem. Great job Alicia!!!!!!😄😄😄

Amazing place i just needed a Key for my car the staff is very well knowledgeable, and the environment is very clean. very fast service. anyone and everyone who needs assistance with there key problems should go here and there prices are very reasonable.

I searched on google and found keys plus. Came in and had some keys cut. When I got home everything worked perfect. The service was super quick and very affordable. No need to go to Home Depot ever again!
