I went to Keyser Funeral Home in search for an urn for my fathers remains. I met with Luke. He was so kind, caring, compassionate, understanding etc... I can't say enough postive things about my experience with Luke. He made the process as comfortable as it could have possibly been, under the circumstances and was very helpful in many ways. I purchased the perfect urn for my dad and my family and I LOVE it! It is absolutely beautiful! It is a stunning cherry wood. It's very solid and stands out because of its beautiful color. I have been to wakes held at this funeral home before and they do an excellent job with everything. It was my mothers choice of where to have my father cremated, so I really had no say. If I did I would have chosen Keyser for sure! The urn was paid for by myself, so I went straight to Keyser first. My family and I are very happy with the purchase of the urn. We all love it! I would recommend this funeral home to everyone I know. It is such a hard time when losing a loved one, as most of you reading this already know. I felt so comfortable with Luke and he took the time to explain things to me, that I had questions about. He even helped carry the urn to my vehicle! Excellent experience for me all the way around!! Thank you again Luke!
