Every car, pickup truck & SUV has a free CarFax available. One of our certified technicians performs a 125 point safety check, which includes a fresh oil change. I'm very disappoined in Keystone Auto. We bought a great car and we're very satisfied and impressed. We even went back to them for a second car and likely didn't check thoroughly enough due to the trust built up from our first experience. I should have thought it strange to buy a vehicle with a leather "bra" on the front hood, but attributed it to a previous owners poor taste! But when we got it home and removed the leather, it uncovered serious rust and missing paint. We took it back right away and they claimed to have not known! Right! The rest of the car is detailed that thoroughly, and you don't think to remove the unsightly "bra"? Or is it more likely you hid it to sell it without repairing it? The owner was apologetic but the cost is on me. I absolutely own my errors in not checking thoroughly and being too quick to trust. But that is shady business and I'll never return and urge potential buyers do their due diligence and check very thoroughly.

I was shopping for a specific SUV for my wife and KeyStone happen to have the vehicle, I stopped in to take a look at it and was impressed. I stressed the issue that this veichle is for my wife cause of the hills where we live isn’t helpful when it snows. I was re-ensured by them that this vehicle was safe to drive and if I had any questions/concerns to call. Well the first snow fall comes around and the vehicle was sliding everywhere, Mind you this vehicle is an AWD SUV! did some re-search on the tire brand and it’s some cheap touring tires that isn’t good in the rain or snow. I called and asked about ATLEAST getting some seasonal tires that are better for the snow and was told “the tires weren’t under warranty and isn’t consider a SAFETY HAZARD”. Then he went on to say that what they can do is replace them on MY COST with there discount! Smdh The guy I bought it from doesn’t work there anymore and I had to deal with someone that sounded like he didn’t even want to deal with me. We’ve only had it for almost 3 months and we only drive it when roads are clear until i buy new tires on my cost with a discount I already get at a tire shop. Long story short, double check what you are buying and what’s covered before purchasing a vehicle at this location, Hope this was helpful!

Phil's parting words to us, "I know most people would rather go to the dentist than to work with a used car dealer, that's why we try to make it easy." I'd been looking for a decent used truck with low mileage for months, found these guys through "Carfax". 2 hour drive to Holliston, my first test drive didn't go well, but Dan and I maintained a sense of humor. They more than made up for it by actually driving the truck (60 MILE ROUND TRIP) to my mechanic's shop. It passed his inspection so I bought it. Phil arranged financing & I got an extended warranty on the powertrain. No smoke and mirrors here, just 3 down to earth guys, no pressure...it really was "EASY" .

Great smaller dealership with high quality used vehicles. No pressure personable sales staff. Reached a deal easily with a reasonable trade in offer. Car delivered quickly with no issues whatsoever. Would do business with Keystone again.
