Keystone CrossFit has truly changed my life for the better. Tim and Allison Muenkel are caring and dedicated coaches that have a sincere desire to improve peoples lives through supportive guidance and by providing a safe and comforting environment. I recommend Keystone CrossFit to anyone that is looking for a box to join whether you are a beginner or a pro. Because of them, I plan on continuing with crossfit in my new place of residency. I'm really grateful I had the opportunity to be apart of such a fun and loving community. KCF #1!!

Best box in NEPA.  Tim and Allison, the owners and coaches, as well as Coach Rob are knowledgeable and caring professionals.  Their dedication to each and every member, regardless of skill level, is what sets Keystone CrossFit apart from other gyms.  I can't say enough about them.
