Brendan recently completed two complete gut bathroom renovations for me. I highly recommend him. Two things impressed me most while working with Brendan - his work ethic and his eye for detail. Brendan was on site everyday, all day for the duration of my project. (With my agreement, he even came a few times on the weekend.). My project was his only focus. I liked that the general contractor/owner of the business was also the person doing most of the work. He had a vested interest in everything being done perfectly. He was able to anticipate issues and modify plans accordingly. He takes a great deal of pride in his work. There were plenty of opportunities where he could have taken a shortcut (and my untrained eye wouldn’t have noticed). But instead, he took his time and did things correctly, and made sure his work was flawless. He is wonderful to work with. He is very respectful and professional. He has a good eye for design, and isn’t afraid to try new things. I am thrilled with how my bathrooms turned turned out.

Brendan is a gifted craftsman who cares about every project as if he's working on his own home. We had Keystone complete 6 new door installations on our 1950's brick ranch that had no previous door framing and basically needed to be rebuilt from scratch. Brendan did an excellent job from start to finish, always overcoming any obstacles along the way. Most importantly, he has an eye for design. He transformed our front door with a custom built surround that we put entirely in his hands design-wise, and it came out beautifully. Keystone is definitely a company you can trust with any home remodeling project!

I have now had Brendan and Keystone work on two big projects, finishing a basement with a half bath on my former house, and a complete remodel of the kitchen on my current home. As a lot of these reviews say Brendan pays attention to the details and makes sure to get the details right. For both our basement and kitchen he had to do a lot of small finishing work with trim, and our kitchen required a lot of shims to get things lined up straight. Brendan was even able to help us with the design of our kitchen a lot better than the “experts” we ordered our cabinets through were and we couldn’t be happier with the layout. He is easy to communicate with, trustworthy and does great work. We would recommend Keystone to family and friends any day.

We love our new kitchen that Brendan O’Sullivan transformed! We live in a charming 125-year old house with a very dated kitchen. There were many “surprised” that Brendan had to overcome in this project. He discovered faulty wiring, poor plumbing, warped floors and sagging walls, just to name a few. Although the challenges were many, he corrected each one of these issues. What impressed us about this renovation project was his attention to details. His craftsmanship was very evident, from the floor leveling to the ceiling molding. What’s best is that he was flexible when we altered the design midway through the project –e.g., adding an island. He worked with us as we considered features, and we relied on his experience to make better choices. In the end, our friends and family all notice that vast improvement in our kitchen, which was a room we were somewhat embarrassed to let people see. Now, it offers full functionality plus charm to our already charming house. Thank you Brendan!

Professional, communicative and attentive to detail. Excellent carpentry and design. Team does a great job of transforming old spaces into new. Also had one project that required a creative blend of the original vintage charm with updated look and layout. Keystone took the time to consider the options with me and select the best course. We are thrilled with the result! Repeat customers already and will be calling on their services again I'm sure. Highly recommended.
