The entire staff is fantastic and knowledgeable, and i am always treated very well when I am at Keystone Pharmacy. Additionally, I want to give a special shout out to Dr. Dave who I believe is the owner of the pharmacy. He took time out of his day to do a consultation with me on a treatment that ended up saving me hundreds of dollars per month, and changed my life for the better in many ways due to the results of said consultation. I will utilize Keystone Pharmacy for all of my pharmaceutical needs for as long as I live in the greater Grand Rapids area, and if I were to move away would make the drive to go to Keystone if within an hour's driving distance. It is THAT impressive of a business.

While there are many good reviews here, my experience has shown staff that’s too busy to address my questions (multiple times), and compounded prescriptions can take 2-3 days to fill.

Unfortunately one of my medication has to be compounded. I was given only one applicator for the medication that I will use for four months. I was told it was to expensive to give me another one. I wish I did not have to use them. Also a mix up on the medication.
