Excellent customer service. Haven't even tasted the food yet, but that's how floored I was. Was unsure about some things on the menu and the woman who was on the headset went over and made some recommendations siting her personal preference. Excellent service again at the window by two other ladies. All around excellent and I'm ready to eat.

We went there a few days ago when a local grocery store refused to cook us fresh chicken. We got there shortly after 5:00pm. There were a couple a groups of people ahead of us. The drive thru had a couple cars. The restaurant was very busy with a large number of people at the tables. Their chicken was constantly being cooked fresh and placed out for the customers and in the bins they use to grab the to go and specialty orders.. We got ours to go. They put the exact types of chicken that we wanted in separate boxes just as we asked with all of the sides made exactly the way we requested The chicken and sides were all fresh and hot even after we got home. Everybody got their chicken extra crispy. Mmmmmmmm, boy was it excellent tasting! Great food and perfect service! 5 stars!

The food is always fresh. The hot stuff is hot. The cold stuff is cold. Very well run Buffet. The staff is great. They are very courteous and always helpful. Always asking if there's something they could get for you. Nice bunch of people.

99% sure I didn't get all the popcorn chicken I was supposed to. I watched the guy behind the counter wait for the new batch which never showed up. He dumped the little bit of leftovers in my box and called it good. Had to fight to get dipping sauces as well. The place is ghetto and their employees embody the ghetto look.

Fast and fresh. I like the$5 fill up meal. You have to ask for $5 fill up.
