We went fairly late but you could almost wring the grease out of the overly black chicken. Of course we didn't see the state of the chicken until we got home and we were so hungry we did attempt to eat it. It was as awful as it looked.  When we call the KFC they said to return it. (Sure we are starving and tired, but we took it back.) We even took the pieces we tasted. Do yo know they gave us a refund, but deducted the tasted pieces. We were treated like this was a scam to get free food. They should have comped us for serving garbage in the first place. At times we get hungry for chicken, but drive by this KFC..

The customer service was amazing!! On the other hand, The chicken had very little chicken on the bones. All of the dark meats were dried to the bone so less meat to chew that was Rock solid to boot. And " thebowl' was over heated and dry and tasted like the plastic it was served in, in the first few bites.

It's not as good as when the Colonel was still hear prices are okay. ENJOY.

They gave my husband a wing and called it white meat. When he asked about it, they were rude. I gave them three stars, because I've been there before when people were nice.
My barbecue sandwich has been awful the last two times, too. (I didn't give up.)
