DO NOT GO TO KFC IN MADISONVILLE, KY! MY CHICKEN HAD A PUNGENT FOUL ODER, AND THE TASTE WAS DISGUSTING... ALMOST AS IF IT WAS SPOILED! 😷 Called to report the issue and was offered a free bucket, which is the LAST thing I wanted. I had to go through three managers just to get the ok for a refund. This location has been cited multiple times and closed temporarily due to major infractions from inspectors. The workers are not well trained and the food is DISGUSTING! I WILL NEVER GO BACK!!! 🤢

Huge KFC. Fast friendly and accurate service. Very easy to find. Clean inside and out.

Had a long wait in drive through. Got a $5 box meal. The chicken breast was tiny and very dry, obviously cooked a while before. I was starving and ate anyway. Ended up with food poisoning and spent the night in the bathroom.

Chicken is good but they’re slow so if you are in a hurry take that into consideration.

TERRIBLE SERVICE. I promise... we had to wait  30 -35 minutes on our food. We ordered regular chicken meals around 7 pm...  nothing specially made, not a rush hour.  You'd think we'd at least get one free drink.. but we didn't. It's not something new, it's been like this the last 3 times we've been there.
