Customer service has room for improvement.  I ordered a grilled chicken breast and was told it would be 8-minutes.  No big deal.  After about 10-minutes, I was told someone ordered the grilled chicken ahead of me and I would have to substitute crispy or original.  They did not offer to grill another chicken breast or offer a discount for taking something else.  What bothered me most is I waited for nothing and no one seemed to care.  I will remember this the next time I visit the Meadville area and be going elsewhere.

To expensive and we didn’t get one of our sides didn’t notice until we got home and wasn’t driving 20 + miles back

Placed order for two people. At time of order asked for sauce for chicken wings. Sat down and noticed they're was no sauce. Had to go back to the counter, wait, and ask for some again. Got back to my seat and noticed there was no butter for the biscuit. Had to go back to the counter once again, wait once again. No attention from staff to their customers' orders.

Our gravy today was as thin as water and gross.  Was going to call to let them know but there was no phone number on the receipt.
