Usually have a bad experience and try not to go to this location. Stopped tonight to get food before work, and pulling up ALL the outside lights were OFF. lot was blacked out and hard to see anything. Ordered 2 things, a famous bowl and spicy chicken little no pickles. Pulled up and paid and had $2.18 change and one worker tried counting it twice and gave up and had to have another worker count it while she walked into the office to sit down. Other worker counted it out fine. Left and started eating and then the chicken little was an original WITH PICKLES. what if I was allergic ?? Also in the bag was NO napkins or spoon for the famous bowl (3rd time this has happened in the few times I've stopped there recently)

Honestly you have a staff member that can't count $2 in change??? And then I guess someone else there that just makes food not even on a ticket. And WHY were all the lights OFF? make it look closed so no one stops? It was 40 mins before closing and looking into the window there was NO food in any warmers and they were cleaned and off. Where did my food come from? 

It's honestly got to the point of no return between bad customer service, missing food items, undercooked food, and dried out food that sat in a warmer too long.

Waited 15 mins for extra crispy chicken and got wrong order. They never apologized and we waited another 7 mins. They didn't care,  just said they gave my order tho someone else.

Fast food served fast.  This KFC serves up delicious chicken meals at an efficient pace.  (I was discussing that with my husband--that our server, while being upbeat and quick, was so knowledgeable and helpful with the menu choices,  and my husband said he had seen a  KFC certificate that acknowledged that this location has the best servers!)

I went through the drive through to pick up dinner for a family party. I had the displeasure of hearing the employees make comments about my order while placing it. Must say that is a first for me. Got home and found out half of my sides were missing. Called up to speak with the manager and didn't even get an apology. Rude people. Terrible service. I will not be going back.
