This site closes earlier than posted hours of business on a regular basis. Quite often out of menu items & employees are not concerned with customer satisfaction or safety. I visited the store a few days ago & the women's restroom door was completely covered with water. I slid across the floor & into the wall. I notified the person at the counter & they said thry were aware that there was water on the floor. (Never even asked if I was ok or not.) Great training in customer service safety skills!

Are chicken was extremely dry I overpaid for a small thing of extra gravy they charge me too much and then they turn around and give me the wrong stuff. I didn't discover they gave me the wrong stuff until I got home so I called the store and talk to the manager and she want me to drive all the way back to get my correct order. not happy at all with our dinner this evening

This was by far the worst service I have ever had with a fast food restaurant. I was the only car in line and I ordered a 3 piece meal original recipe with mash potatoes and cold slaw andc a large Pepsi. I get back to my hotel room and the chicken was dried out and burnt, they forgot the Cole slaw and they didn't give me a receipt. So I have to look up the number using google maps. I called and the lady was rude and said "you didn't order cole slaw,". I said yes I did. I ordered the meal. She snaps and says I come in and pay if I want a coleslaw and I say no thank you, I would like a refund.  I drive back walk in and the woman has my $8.50+- hands it to me and says in the most sarcastic tone 'have a nice day' of course I say 'and now sarcasm, that's professional and mature." I leave and she follows me out and says 'I took your license plate and am calling the police' 

Needless to say. Corporate has already been informed and I am meeting with the franchise owner.

Doesn't look like a corporate KFC. They were out of root beer,  and half the place is an A&W.  Air conditioner was running on a cold day.
