KFC I known for not giving change back.
Happened to me 2 times.
But since then I haven't had a issue.
Food has been great.

As I said in my Taco Bell review, this restaurant has both a KFC and a Taco Bell.  The restaurant was a mess.  Litter was all over the floor.  The tables were dirty.  The trash barrels were stuffed and overflowing.  The ordering process was reasonably prompt.  I ordered a three piece chicken withhold slaw and mashed potato with gravy.  I was disappointed.  I remember Offering better than this.  The crispy chicken was all skin.  The mashed potatoes were liquid and the gravy was tasteless.  Total cost for the disappointing meal was about 15 dollars.

Pretty good service and food.  Would have liked it if they had grilled chicken too.  But we survived.  Fast and friendly service.

I visited KFC the other day. November 11, 2017 to be exact.  I was not happy.  The crispy chicken was loaded with crispy coating but very little meat underneath.  The mashed potatoes were bland, watery and tasted like wall paper paste.  The gravy on the potaoes was tastless.  The coke slaw was okay.  Service was fast.  The restaurant floor was a mess.  I never saw anyone sweeping during my half hour stay.  The trash barrels were full, overflowing actually.  Over all this Hyannis KFC was terrible.

Cold tacos, when asking the manager to microwave them he replaced them both with new.... Cold tacos.
