We had the buffet. The chicken and dumplings were really good. The rest of the buffet was sad. The price is right. Maybe when everything is hot and fresh it would be worth it!

Herrin Il. KFC'S Service was very poor tonight and every night. They need workers that want to do their jobs right. The food on the buffet sat for hrs. without them putting out fresh food. They were just adding water to the food that had been there for hrs. The worst service and food that my wife and I have ever had at KFC. WE WILL NOT EVER GO BACK TO THE KFC IN HERRIN IL.

We ordered the buffet, there was one other table of customers in the restaurant.   Most of the tables were dirty, there were 3 pieces of dried, hard chicken on the buffet.  The mashed potatoes were hard.  The biscuits were so hard they crumbled when bitten into.  The gravy was solid.  We waited 30 minutes for them to put out fresh chuck n, when a second family of 5 came in and ordered buffet, they put out 3 more pieces of chicken.    Not once did anyone come out to clean tables.   The cashier asked someone to put chicken on the buffet and he said NO and walked into the back, playing with his phone.

Good food. But they had no money to give us change. Nice employees, clean, all n all good experience
