Awful service. I honestly think they’re scamming people considering how many others have experienced this: Ordered online, showed up when it said it was ready and the doors were locked and an employee while walking out with her own food told me they “ran out of food and couldn’t make my order”. They already took my money, I asked her to cancel it and she basically laughed in my face and said to call customer service for a refund, which wasted 30 minutes of my time just to give me my money back in 3 days. Disrespectful and ruined my night.

I see why this place has such terrible reviews. The workers there are just awful, especially the night shift. The man on the mic is rude and a bad representation of this company. They seem to have 1 good work, a bigger lady who seem to have respectable customer service skills. The rest are deplorable.  The food is almost always stale or they’re out of everything you order, no in between. It’s a waste of gas coming here. This location is not worth buying from.

Better portions. That's is my only critique. Clean building, great customer service. Wish I got names because my cashier was sweet and fun at the same time.Food: 3/5

The items are good like bucket ,5dollar fillup and wings .Among them wings are so yummy and tasty they have different levels of spiciness in wings you need to choose among them . The better selection would be 5 dollar fillip with drum and thigh rather than breast piece . Anyways the items are well cooked and hot to eat

It's easy to see why every KFC has no foot traffic and no customers in it. Why is it that every time I order certain menu items they look like they were made days ago. Take this popcorn chicken. It's brown, dark, dry and looks like it was made days ago.

While it's a nice Kentucky Fried Chicken easy to get to plenty of parking.... The staff is very friendly.... But don't forget to check your bag, And make sure everything is in it.... Or else you might be disappointed when you get home.... But don't worry don't make it up to you.....

Only 3 people working and they can’t keep up. I don’t understand like how can they focus on the drive thru more than the in store customers. I waited 25 minutes just to place an order

There is no hygiene; I noticed that when preparing the food, they don't use gloves, and there is no good hygiene. I like eating at KFC. However, this time it disappointed me, I didn't even try the food :Food: 1/5
