$58.29 for a 16 piece family meal. We got home and there were 8 pieces of chicken. 2 breasts, 2 thighs and 4 wings. We had kids over and didn't have enough to feed our guests. Called to allow them to make it right. A guy named Joesph told me to come in and he would credit me a new meal. We go later the next week, and a girl named Liz told me only 16 pieces of chicken. Nothing else. Almost $60 and a ruined meal and inconvenience to only have poor customer service a second time. Bet if it was their money and time, they would feel some type of way. The employees don't even know their manager's name is Joesph. The place is trash.
IT'S FINGER LICKIN' GOOD! I really liked how fast & convenient the new touch-screen ordering kiosks were & the happy employees! The building is in magnificent shape too!Food: 5/5
The worst customer service, you come to get an order and they don't receive you or pay any attention to you. They start talking to each other about you and laughing that you're standing there. They tell you that they are preparing the order and it is not even true. everyone talking and laughing without doing anything. and in the end they didn't have the order in the system. especially a manager and 4 boys who were the ones who were there at the time. and they have already done it more than three times.
This review is a zero star fairing due to that the 3 girls who was disrespected my father and tried to fight my dad told my sister to go home early when the situation had nothing to do with my sister the manage on shift is disrespectful to her employees and is awful to them not only that as a person who is a manager of Arby’s I personally think that those three girls should be fired and give mh family composition for the emotional distress theses girls did to my family.
Never in my life did I ever deal with a lady this rude. I heard someone say to her thank you 3 times and she can't say your welcome back. I don't know what happened but I left. This attitude is unacceptable. So the prices went up because your losing business because people don't want to deal with her. We will not come to this store ever again until the infection has been removed because I think this person is a manager which is really really sad. We just went to Popeyes up the street, they are really polite and cheaper @ Popeyes!
NOOO. DO NOT go there!!! My sister and I drove 25 mins specifically to get KFC. Well here the speaker did not work properly and the cashier could not hear us. The manager on duty took her mic and yelled you have to come to the window. So here we go to the Window. When we get to the window to attempt to place the order the same manager yelling over the poor cashier "NO, I have a car behind her!" At that point I'm like NO you sent me to the window now I'm going to place my order. BUT, I will not go back and do not recommend at all. Terrible terrible service. Don't go there.
Their spicy chicken sandwich is delicious. Nice size piece of meat, not tiny and thin like most. Their fries are great.Food: 5/5
We purchesed 2 fillupboxes and the family ate it everyone got sick .mostlikely food poisiningfrom poor hygiene in that store. Spent my whole day in and out of the bathroom. Will never buy from them againFood: 1/5
Do not order from here! I ordered through uber eats and what I received was the picture below! I order 3 pieces of chicken and only received one and a half, as you can see one looks like it was bitten into. I contacted uber, hopefully I'll get a refund.
My family did have to wait, but the good thing is we had fresh food.Food: 5/5
