Cashier Stacey says It's impossible just buy burger and fries without combo or drink . I think she cheated. And it looks strange she ask what we want. we said  fries burger and chickenlegs without drink. ok she ask no drink? took cup back but count as combo. Very strange.  so if it's impossible why do you ask.  Super dry biscuit. I'm disappointed. Don't recommend this restaurant. Never back here. Not all legs tasty. And if you ask  I say legs for me that's mean legs. They put mix One of legs was wing. KFC abroad much better than in Kentucky.

Ordered for our office staff. Food was cold and as you can see biscuits were shoved into the same holder as the chicken, resulting in the picture attached.

Seems like since the prices have gone up your quality went down. After 29yrs, I'll never go to this location ever again. Just looking at the chicken received made me lose my appetite. It looks like someone pulled off the best part, the Skin, on one Breast and the other was just sad looking.Food: 1/5

Front of house taff is unfriendly and rude.  Unconcerned when there's 6 people sitting in the waiting room looking confused since nothing is going to the quick pickup, just piling up in the window getting cold. nothing is being asked by the workers and no one is paying any attention to the people steady walking in the door.  One guy shouted to someone working in on the back line to get their attention so he could order and he was there before me!  Why did he have to yell to someone actually doing their job to get help?  She walked around the restaurant sweeping several times and made her way to the window still never said a word to everyone standing there.  When she finally did say something - she was rude. If you don't like your job or don't like people - don't take it out on me.  It's not my fault or problem this location doesn't "put food out because it gets stolen" there was no signage and I've never had anyone talk to me the way she did when I prefaced it with I have a mobile order.   You say that EVERYWHERE  Just ridiculous.  She needs to not be customer facing.  She doesn't like them and treats them badly.

Went through drive thru  was only customer in line no cars in parking lot.   Order 2 3 piece meals and only got 1 box told them when getting 2nd box no biscuits  only had 1 drumstick  then when getting home no fries in box . The Pepsi was disgusting.  There was 3 people working and couldn't get anything right.  Very disappointing..Food: 1/5

Chicken was burnt, biscuit over cooked, Mac and cheese was under cooker. Food was so nasty I threw it away. Staff wasn't friendly. For a 5 piece tender big box I got 2 things of dipping sauce.Food: 1/5

The KFC on Nicholasville unfortunately is the worst one in Lexington. I don’t live too far away from it so I tried to visit it every now and then, but every time I go it’s the same old, dry food that probably should have been tossed out. but they continue sell it to people like it scraps going to animals!! Which is very sad. Funny part about, is every time I go their its the same old lady in the drive-through giving me the same old food. Wouldn’t surprise me one bit. If this restaurant closes in the near future, you can only serve people bad food for so long.KFC YOU CAN DO BETTER!!

Stopped in on my way to Columbus and was extremely disappointed. The doors was locked so drive-thru only then I placed our order only to be greeted at the window by a woman who's pants didn't cover her backside up completely, not what I wanted to see right before eating then we pulled over in the parking lot to eat this very expensive food that was cold, old and lucky for them my mother in law won't consider complaining she'll just throw it away. I don't care if it's an hour before closing if your gonna serve old hardened food then at least offer half off on the price or something. Geez...

Been charged for extra items I DID NOT RECEIVE twice now.  This is the over cooked,  held wayyyyyyy past the hold time, extremely hard chicken that they served.  Any servsafe manager would be appalled by this.  As a GM for another restaurant I'm absolutely embarrassed for this restaurant. They need to shut down until management can take their food handlers and servsafe again.  Serving food like this WILL MAKE PEOPLE SICK. I had to throw mine away.

I ordered delivery and it was delivered by Grub Hub in a sealed bag. Half my order was missing. Obviously not the fault of the delivery driver, as the food is sealed in the bag before it leaves the restaurant. I called KFC and let them know my order was wrong, and was told to come get it. No apology for the inconvenience, just pushed the food toward me and turned and walked away. I emailed KFC corporate, and was emailed back that I need to take it up with Grub Hub.... What??? Did Grub Hub walk into your restaurant with their own KFC bag and package up my order? um, NO! The Nicholasville Rd KFC has gone so far down in service and quality, and the corporate office obviously doesn't care. They should all be embarrassed.
