As usual KFC in Hartford CT has terrible service and angry staff, food was good. Do not recommend here or in their Albany ave location restaurant. Maybe other locations but these 2 are awfulFood: 4/5
Horrible here staff has a attitude all the time very aggresive the food is disgusting old and dried out the original taste like dry beef jerky I would never eat here ever again or reccomend this place to anyone Food: 1/5
Had the worse experience here. It was around 8:30pm I ordered food to dine in, the food tasted old and super greasy.They forgot my fries and the manager/ lead said " she did not order that and if she would like fries she needs to pay for them" I told her no they took my order wrong and I will not pay. Also I asked to use the bathroom they said no because they had to clean them. I asked if someone can clean them because me and my husband had to use it as my husband is diabetic and can't hold it and the manager said no. Well I think she was the manager or the lead. She was so rude and had a bad attitude. No customer service skills AT ALL. Will not recommend going here to eat!!!!! If I can give this place a 0 I would.

I like the $5 fill ups at KFC with a side drink and a cookie. I also like their macaroni and cheese and their chicken littles, sandwiches, regular bbq, and / or honey mustard bbq with no pickles. I also like their new saucy chicken nuggets too.Food: 5/5
Friendly, prompt service. Food was fresh, tasty & thoroughly cooked. Good portions. Reasonable prices....great options. All workers that assisted me, was very polite. Clean & inviting store & environment.
