The restaurant is very beautiful indeed and the food is alright at least it's fresh and tastes good. I love the lemonade to top it all of and you will definitely come again.Food: 4/5

I am no fan of KFC,  but,  the customer service was amazing.  The mash potatoes with gravy was on point.  The chicken breasts hit the spot.  The young lady behind the counter also provided me with a courtesy cup of water so that I could mix my supplements with in my shaker cup. The spicy mayo on the chicken sandwich made me a fan instantly.

The place was clean and the workers very professional and courteous,  but the chicken was burned.  I didn't enjoy the chicken very disappointed.  I have a 5 stars because the workers were very nice no attitude, just don't burned the chicken like that, but I would still go back to get the coleslaw and the Mac and cheese. DELISH . My Fiancè and I were really excited to hear about the Mac and cheese bowls. We both work late so we didn't have too much of a choice but to get it until after 9:30pm. We get to the one in East Orange on Central Ave and they claim they didn't have it. Fine. So we went to the one on Springfield Ave in Irvington and they also claimed they didn't have it. Instead we had to settle for a famous mashed potato bowl. We get it home and it was nothing but a bowl of disappointment. I literally do not understand how KFC can advertise something, claim to not have it, and yet there's a Popeyes right down the street when instead we chose KFC. Not only that, we waited in line at the drive through for a half an hour. There were only two cars ahead of us and no one behind us. We get to the window and we STILL  had to wait. After so long we decided to give KFC another chance and yet they do what they do best, disappoint.

This is ridiculous go to drive thru for them to tell me pull over. We will bring it to after waiting for 20mins for the food. I went inside to get chicken was cold and biscuits hard as a rock.When spend that type of money for food. It suppose to fresh and hot. They need to shut this KFC down on Springfield avebad businessNow I see why everyone be going to Popeyes. Very disappointed

I always come to this kfc when ever I work in Irvington. But I didn't come in about a year or so but when I decided to come dam . the food was so stale you can tell when the chicken  is on the warmer for a long period of timeFood: 1/5

I forgot to ask for extra crispy.  When did they stop asking regular or ex. Crispy?  By the time i figured out what to order i forgot to say ex. Crispy.  Disappointing cheat day!

Just left there from ordering a seven piece the manager was very very rude I asked for Fresh chicken not the chicken that was sitting there all day and she started like slamming things Just because I told her that I did not want the chicken that she put in the bucket because that was the old chicken she told me no It was just Cook but it wasn’t I watch her put the old chicken in my box and I told her that I didn’t want it because that was my Purpose for waiting Don’t understand why she had to catch a attitude about that I would never go back there

They have the best Xtra Krispy so so good and fresh they open at 1030am so good I went back the next day..the cashier is good too!!

The food is not what it use be I didn't enjoy dinner,chicken was dry and hardFood: 2/5
