Disappointed in the size of the chicken pieces and the taste seemed off. It was lacking in that classic KFC flavour and the oil tasted old. The Nashville chicken strips could have used more sauce but tasted good. The mac and cheese bowl with Nashville popcorn chicken on top was delicious.  Parking: Lots of parking but the lot is a bit beat up. Watch your tires and suspension.

Visited this location a few times and there are 2 things that remain consistent. The strong smell coming from the deep fryer floods the air as you walk into the store, it's absolutely horrible. Second thing is that the chicken has a "bitter taste" that comes from the oil not being replaced. The oil most likely gets cleaned over and over again but rarely gets fully replaced with new oil AND you can taste it in the chicken. Additionally, all visits were shortly after opening and the floors felt greasy.  On the positive side, staff was nice and the chicken was fresh but wasn't enjoyable due to the bitter taste. I won't be returning.  Parking: Good parking space.

Quickest service ever, the employees Roberto & Martin that waited on us were definitely on top of their game. They had my order on the counter before I even finished paying for it. Wish more places had employees and service like this location. They definitely deserve pay raises.

Cashier asked whether we wanted crispy or original. We told her original. She replied you want crispy. We said no, Original. She gave us our total and went over what was ordered 16 piece, which comes with 4 sides and 8 biscuits and we got 6 chocolate chip cookies. She went over everything and again said we we ordered crispy chicken we did not. We told her no we want original. Now she says well we don't have a lot of original left, so you will get some original and the rest crispy. When we got home unfortunately we got all crispy. Not happy,  we were hungry and ended pulling the crispy off. The crispy was over cooked and some of the pieces  the crispy was rock hard. Come on KFC check out your locations. Your brand used to be so much better than this. Food wise and employee wise. A little spot checking once in a while would be a good wake up call. Especially,  for those franchisees who forgot why they wanted to buy in to KFC to begin with. It's like some of them have lost their way and just don't care.

Got here at 10:06pm after working all day for a quick bite, they told me they were closed even though website says 11pm. The other one on transit stops serving kfc at 10pm. It’s available to order on the app, I’m glad I decided not to and am not out any money.

Best kfc in Buffalo!!!. Although its several miles from my home I bypass the kfc 3 blocks from my home. The service is fast, they are always professional. Also the cook on the chicken is perfect every time.

$62 order It was in a sealed bag with my name on it , so I assumed who packed it checked it . We ordered 16 pieces, 2 large mash, 1 lg Mac and 1 lg corn  We received horrible looking 12 piece 2 small mash 1 small Mac and no corn . The food was just gross . Will never return .

It was KFC. I really like their "bowl" - mashed potatos, corn, chicken and gravy. The ultimate comfort food.Food: 4/5

The manager is too rude with the clients and the way she serving the food it's not the proper way trowing the chicken and all the stuff. Bad behavior
