Great food. Awesome for chicken lovers and if you like deep fried Chicken. The prices here are great since you can just get a giant bucket for a really good price and that comes with a drink. They also have a really good popcorn chicken. It was very crunchy and delicious. Breaded drumsticks.  Kid-friendliness: Very nice.

the service is sooo bad at this location - the employees are too busy talking to one another instead of preparing the food well for the customer. I get my meal and the fries are not even in the paper cup they’re supposed to be in- it’s upside down,  it’s all over my burger and in the big paper bag. I mean the least you can do is gently put the fries in the bag. Now I have to pick up my fries one by one to put them back in the cup.  They’re not even busy there was probably a couple of customer at the time but clearly they don’t care at all how the food ends up when you pick it up.

The lady taking orders is the rudest person I have seen… I don’t know why but she’s always not happy while taking orders and if you ever ask her questions about the menu she just gets pissed off. She will never greet you when you go there to order. I’ve been working in the same industry since last 3 years so I know how hospitality works.

Too bad they have such horrible customer service. Not sure why hired these employees but not only are they extremely rude but seem to be more interested in talking to one another than greeting and serving customers. Your employees are in the service industry, maybe time to go back to school? If not your store will continue losing money and customers then you will wonder why your business failed.

This location give me the worst experience ever. I ordered one Kentucky Flatbread fill up box for myself and 10pcs hot wings and 6pcs chicken for my friend there, at first the cashier told me I need to wait 5mins I said that okay. But after 20minutes I went to ask them where is my order, they said another 10mins, this long time wait make me late for my appointment. And after I open the Kentucky Flatbread box at home, I found there is no cookie and no Flatbread thing in it..........the guys there are so “smart” since I said my order is to go......... If you ever need to buy any food there remember to check your order before you left!!!

this wondrous establishment brings tears to my eyes. It has a marvelous group of staff, who enable it to produce great food briskly. Just by filling out a survey, myself and several other gentlemen were gifted with free popcorn-chicken and drinks. How kind! Reliable, quick, and delicious.Food: 5/5

I ordered takeout 10 pieces bucket with three sides today, the quality of paper bag KFC‘s using is really bad and it’s broken on my way back to home, all the food fell all over the place. I understand you want to be environment friendly, please either improve the quality of paper bag or use plastic for big order since you’re a restaurant before becoming environmentalist.

Constantly out of products. Haven't had bottles of water available for over 2 months. Slow to start cooking food that isn't ready, and doesn't let you know about an additional wait ever until after you have already paid. They spend more time talking to each other than helping the customers.Food: 4/5
