This was bad — really bad. I haven’t had KFC in years but wanted to try the new nuggets. Let’s just say Chick-fila have nothing to worry about. The chicken was small, bone dry and tough — some of the worst chicken I’ve ever had. I doubt I’ll be back. Take a look at the picturesFood: 1/5

This location should be permanently closed or renovated to match the new KFC on 46 in Sanford.  The location in Lake Mary is disgusting and it is not to Lake Mary standards anymore.  The City of Lake Mary or the Sanitation Department should do something to make sure the location is up to the health and sanitation standards.  Very Disappointing.

My experience was great, at least at the time that I went, 1.21 pm on. Saturday.  No line in the drive through person was friendly and courteous... food was nice and hot. I ordered a 8 pice bucket of chicken.Food: 5/5

This place is disgusting. The front door doesn't even close all the way which is a health violation in itself.  The employee grabbed the Underside of the drink lid with his entire palm right after handling my card, tilted the cup to poor some soda out causing soda to drip all over and down the sides of the cup as he hands it to me.  I asked for a famous bowl with chicken on the side, and I got a box of chicken with half of it wet with gravy and cheese shreds, these lazy clowns literally made the famous, bowl and grabbed the chicken out of it and threw it into the box.  The chicken become soggy which is the whole point of why I wanted on the side.  I just got soggy side chicken. The wendy's next door has a line wrapped around the building in this places completely empty and I know why now. Stay away.

What a train wreck.  This is a teeny place obviously not intended for dining in. But when I drove up they said over the intercom the drive thru is closed.. So clearly it was working. Inside the closet-sized space there were 5 people waiting to be served and literally no room for anyone else. Left with no food.Service: 2/5

Worst chicken I’ve had. I haven’t been to kfc for years and wanted to give it another try. Really regretted it. Never eating at kfc again. It’s very salty and tasteless. Taste like they just dipped their chicken in batter and a lb of salt. Everything was salty. Fries, chicken tenders, fried chicken. Couldn’t stomach it. We all felt nauseous after eating just 1 piece. I hate wasting food but its going in the trash.

This place needs serious attention on food quality. I bought 8 pcs of chicken and was very oily , burnt, dry and old, it looks like it sat there for hours also no dipping sauce was served. It was the worse chicken I ever had.Food: 1/5

Do yourself a favor and just skip this place entirely.  Literally out of almost everything on our order.  We place a pickup order for 6:15 and didn't depart the parking lot until 6:40.  No mac and cheese, missing a fry.  Just go to huey magoos this place is a freaking train wreck.  While waiting for our food i watched everyone who got theirs have to go back inside because it was wrong.

The times that I would go,the manager was always smoking next to the door and always looked dirty,if it's not that they don't have fries available,it's that they don't have,chicken is dry and employes don't have manners. Love the recipe but that place should be closed down.
