The employees are stealing the owners blind.  Get your receipt, your whole receipt. When you pay and they give you the actual total, the cashier will edit your purchase, changing the total and pocketing the difference.  You get your complete order at the correct price, but the employee steals cash from the drawer.  She will tear the bottom of your receipt in half which shows the refund she paid herself.

They are also not giving the customer the survey codes and coupon on the bottom of the receipt.  This is cheating the restaurant and the customer out of future purchase and service compliments and complaints.

I called the store and the number has been disconnected.  I called corporate and they didn't seem to care.  If they don't care, then who is checking the quality and safety of the food?

Chicken tastes like fish. I ordered a 3 piece white and got a thigh & leg. Also shorted the drink. Some kind of white stuff all over the Jalapeños. Guess that's why they aren't sitting where you can see them.

If I could rate 0 stars I would. Service is absolutely horrible. Crew and management are rude.  Food took 20 minutes to come out with absolutely no wait and food was cold and raw. I will never eat here again and don't recommend anyone to waste money here

I agree with most reviews. They don't seem to be able to get your order right. It's dirty with greasy floors. Dirty tables. I went home to call about a take out order. They would not answer phone. KFC/Long John's.

I waited for over 10 minutes in the drive-thru. Paid almost $10 for the big box and they shorted me on the chicken. When I went in to have them right the order, it took another 10 minutes and two promptings to add another piece of chicken. Then, they put the coleslaw on the bottom of the hot food which resulted in warm coleslaw by the time I got home. Save yourself the trouble and go somewhere else.
