 Super friendly customer service but wad very very slow I  getting our food done. Of course to they're credit we did have a large family order. And so did the people in front of us and behind us. Should be use to this it is Utah...lol

Food was good but the lobby was a mess. The tables were greasy and hadn't been cleaned or wipe off. There was chicken all over the floor. The bathroom was also not clean and there was no soap available.

I always have to pull into the waiting area so they can make more chicken strips, four out of four trips. So far I haven't gotten home with everything in the order being correct. Sides are missing or wrong, no dipping sauces.

First off ordered in the Drive-Thru and had to wait 25 minutes for my food before I parked and went inside to get it and when I came home to eat it it was disgusting completely inedible. This is not the first time it's happened I have tried coming back 4 or 5 times thinking maybe it was just a bad shift or one that experience but each time the food has been awful and so has the service.

I was literally disgusted to eat here with my kids. The worker hands me stuff with white claws on his fingers. Not the best place to work with fancy fingernails... The tables were dirty and so were the bathrooms and floor. Food was good. Try a different kfc.
