My Mom and I visited this location on June 26 at around 9 o'clock. We went to the drive thru, I then went on to order a #8 which is the Famous Bowl, cookie, & drink (As this is my favorite meal on the menu)My total was $5.50... I drove around to the window, I received my food & realized that the packaging was unusual for a Famous Bowl. Again, this is my favorite meal & I order it all the time. I stopped to make sure the order was correct, it WAS NOT.. just as I figured. I went inside the lobby to allow the employees to correct my order. A young lady greeted me & told the other employees that they were giving out wrong orders. I waited for 10 minutes. I watched the young lady prepare my order with NO GLOVES ON. She then began to get agitated at the gentleman that took my order. He replied, "Well, it's the same amount of food. I couldn't hear, I didn't have my headset on. I didn't think my business was appreciated at that time. I then went home to eat my meal. The food was terrible. It was cold & not fresh. After all of that.. I still wasn't satisfied with the service or food. I'm usually not one to say anything after I've received bad service. But this time I could not let it slide.. I felt disrespected that my business wasn't appreciated. I go to this location frequently but I don't think I will be back after tonight.

I had fantastic service. The employees were extremely nice and clean and fast. I'll be going to this particular store every day that I'm working in this area

Good food but service is slow.  Expect to sit at the window at least 10 minutes.
