Zero stars.  It took 20 minutes to get lunch, it appeared to be a management issue, only the girl working the register had any competence,  she had to take the order and make the food.  The guy working on the back making the good looked like his mom made him get a job, but he couldn't handle it.  Terrible, I will just pick one of the other many good places on that busy corner.

If I could give zero stars I would. It's a rare moment to recieve decent service. Horrible is the rule at this KFC. The interior is dirty. I get my order served faster at restaurant where you wait to be seated. I have vowed to never go to this franchise ever again. Thought it was me until I happened to have 3 separate conversations with strangers. They had similar horrible experiences.

Since the change in management, the quality of the food has greatly improved. They are still short staffed but these guys is trying since they have a new leader. I would strongly suggest that give these guys a shot again. The food is really fresh now and much friendlier!

Door locked on westside. Had to walk around with me babies 2kids. Sat down lobby dirty,drink area dirty and trash full.. When  they wichied shifts. The girl didn't say hi to The customer staring there she just walked by.  The employees should have cleaned the place before they had left to help catch up. Fox 31 should come check them out. Food over all good but I hope it's clean where they cook...

Been here 5 times and everytime has been horrible. A lot of times there drive threw is closed. They've given me half a famous bowl. Didn't have things on the menu. Gave me old hard chicken.Oh and they take forever every single time. Don't go here it's horrible.
