Took 10 minutes to have my order taken, half an hour to get the food, and my wife and I both got sick afterwards. Avoid this KFC unless you wish diarrhea. It was understaffed. I had to wait for the sweet tea which was pulled from the counter for nearly thirty minutes as well.

If I could leave zero stars I would. We waited 4 minutes in the drive through with only 1 car in front of us. Then we waited another 5 before he even acknowledged us to take our order. THEN we had to wait 5 more for him to actual take our order. We had to repeat the order 3 times. There was no one in the restaurant, so there was no reason for them to be slow. We didn't get our forks, napkins, straws, or cookies with our meals either. Worst service ever!!

Had to wait 15min then got order it wasn't right had to take back in their then left cause grdbaby. Had be at work by 4pm and get down road and had to turn around and come back bread was hard as a brick so then had wait again for them to fix another order and I feel after all that they should have have our $6.00 back or made it up some kind of way. Gone ask us did we want piece of cake. Very poor service and this is twice that I have send complaint on this KFC in tappahannock. It's dirty most time. One night me and my husband came in, the floor hadn't been swipt, trash was running over and had to clean our own table off to set and eat. Some one need to come down on the workers or the supervisor on the shift.

It was a horrible experience. The service was very slow, and three things in the order was messed up. They forgot a biscket and when we got one it was as hard as a brick. Then when we asked for a fork it took five minutes to give us one. It took about 15 minutes for my meal to come out, and all the sodas were very nasty because there wasn't any syrup. I came here last night as well for Taco Bell and the chicken tasted old and the tortilla shell was hard and was breaking to pieces. Don't come here
