Honestly the worst!!! I waited 30 minutes on a Monday for my food inside. When I got it all of it was wrong. While I was eating a manager we will call "J" was to busy talking about her wait loss to another manager we will call "H" to even help her own co-workers get there checks. These poor people were waiting for over 2 hours. ( i asked how long they had been there)Mean while the place was not busy. The management is horrible. If you say that your food was wrong they get really mean. Managers will come up and say we'll you have to pay for a new one. I'm sorry but I'm not paying twice because you can't get it right the first time. I even seen a manager cuss out a girl in front of not only me but 6 other customers. Avoid this place at all cost.

Less than 50% of the time that I visit this location do I get what I ordered when visiting the drive through.  This location cannot make food promptly or accurately. It is has been this way for years.   I would highly suggest passing this location by and eating somewhere else.  If I could put less than one star I would.

Consistently THE WORST fast food restaurant in Newaygo.    While waiting way to long for my overpriced order- I hear the Manger say  "It's 8:10, I'm not cooking any more chicken" when an employee said they needed more.   
nothing says Yum like old chicken.

I don't know about anyone else but when I go into a restaurant for lunch I expect them to follow the laws required by the state which means when preparing food you wear gloves. I watched the gentleman in front of me with his son wait thirty minutes. He paid the amount for his food to a girl we will call  "A" who took his money and then turned around to make the sandwich. My daughter and I stood waiting for her to take our order as she continued to ignore us standing there. I'm sorry, I must have had my invisibility cloak on so she couldn't see us. It was all good though in the end when the man ahead of us confronted her and asked her if she was supposed to be wearing gloves and she stood looking at everyone as if she'd never even heard of what them were. She did make them two new sandwiches, with gloves on, and we decided it was time to leave to with the intent of finding actual quality in our meal.
