Ordered a #7. The chicken was dry and you could tell it was there for awhile..at first I thought it was a thigh but upon closer look it was a breast..my drink tasted watered down. The mash potatoes and gravy we're overly hot. Won't go again . I give places 3 chances..I've given them my 3 chances . I don't get it...everyone works hard and expect your hard earned money to be able to get you a nice descent hot meal fast food or not.

So at first I accepted the issue as my own, I intend on purchasing a Zinger box and instead I got the regular $5 fill up box.

Possibly my fault, which is fine. But I went back to see if it's possible to switch it out for the Zinger box, and I'd pay the difference as that's what I originally wanted. I went inside to do this.

Now this is where I start getting a little angry...

I could hear the manager, or whoever the guy in the back was that was talking for the drive-thru running his mouth about me... Couldn't hear exactly what he was saying, but it didn't seem nice considering the angry look at that he shot me from the back.

Now I may have made a mistake, but please do not disrespect me like that where I can hear you and see you. 

I will be finding a way to file a complaint about him, that is completely uncalled for an inappropriate to do in front of a customer. Especially when the customer is accepting the mistake as their own, which it may or may not have been.

No stars worse customer service ever...chicken with blood...nasty af...tablets dirty. ..got over charged...false advertisement. .rude employees

Nothing good to share about it, staff not helpful and didn't even give me my dipping sauce

Their service is horrible....waited 30 minutes for a burger. The employees were not even paying attention to the customers. And their cookies weren't even fully cooked. There wasn't even ice in their soda machine. And their lobby was dirty.
