I want to give this store 0 stars. Every time I go to this store the employees are rude, my order is never right ever, when I speak to a manager they don't even try to correct their mistakes. I have gone as far as calling the 1800 number for taco bell and nothing still the same bad service. I have had hair in my food, cold tacos, and under cooked chicken here. Don't go here I will never be going here again.

I initially ordered 5 pieces of chicken (3 grilled and 2 original) along with corn on the cob. I was later told that the 5-piece order was not sold. I upgraded the order to a 6 piece (4 grilled and 2 original). When I hot home I discovered that all 6 pieces were original. Lost my appetite!!!

I just wanna make sure you understand this place makes every other taco bell look bad. The food is disgusting and the employees are rude.

Absolutley the worst KFC/Taco Bell I have ever been to.  Have consistently messed up my order(drive threw or counter 90% of the time.) For the last 4 years since moving to area.  Had not gone back in over 8 months, and should have learned.  Absolutley, no better. Same story.  Will not return!!!!!! How do they stay in business? Little town with not many choices.

The experience was bad all around. They didn't pay attention to the customers trying to order, which led to our order being incorrect. When we asked to fix the mistake, they threw on what they forgot and handed me back a mangled mess. All of their 3 trash cans were overflowing and instead of tending to the lobby, they were all sitting around in the lobby eating food and hollering at each other... My chicken turned out alright.
