This is not a doctor see was treating my wife and when I walked in she was doing a cash transaction out of her white smock because she doesn't take credit cards. Got worse during her exam she answered her cell phone and I can hear a pre recorded message from a power company asking her to pay her bill or they would shut of the power. I can't make this up but it was like the doctor was out and a patient take her place. Don't walk out run

WORST DOCTOR EVER!!! I waited almost 6 weeks for my appt. I received a reminder text few days before with the WRONG TIME for the appt. I called back and left a message asking for a call back to make sure that it was a mistake or typo on the text. The person who called me back was DR. Khakoo herself. the most disrespectful rude Dr I have ever spoke to in my life. She went on to say that I must've written down the time wrong and that it was my mistake and her office NEVER DOUBLE BOOKS etc... My apt was for 5:30pm. The apt she said I made was for 2:30pm. I have 4 kids, 3 are in school and get dismissed around that time. I WOULD NEVER HAVE MADE A 2:30PM appt. She refused to even acknowledge that maybe someone messed up, like the nice Indian man who initially made my appt. She went on with attitude and disgust saying she can see me at 5:30pm or not really, needed to wait an hour for some else's appt to finish even though I waited 6 weeks for it. I could not be there later to prior engagements that my presence is needed for that evening. When I asked when her next available appt was, she said July. I was upset because my primary care Dr needed me to see a Neurologist immediately and it took me 3 months to finally get an appt with a DR and I was waiting 6 weeks for this particular appt. She went on to tell me either I like it or I don't, I need her she doesn't need me. IN fact she said she doesn't even have to see me if she doesn't feel like it even if I waited 6 weeks for her. At that point I became very upset and called her unprofessional and how dare her speak to a patient like this, she then proceeded to tell me she WILL NOT SEE ME & GOOD LUCK FINDING ANOTHER DR WITH MY INSURANCE. Needless to say I had a few colorful words to say after that. DR KHAKOO IS A HORRIBLE RUDE UNPROFESSIONAL DISRESPECTFUL HUMAN BEING. I hate doctors who think us patients have to kiss the ground they walk on or have to take anything from them just so they can see us. I'd rather die waiting for anyone else in the world before I stepped foot into her office. I made an official complaint against her to her hospital and turns out I'm not the only one. Go figure! How on earth does that woman still have a license, ill never know! SAVE YOURSELF HER BS & GO ELSE WHERE!!! (She doesn't even deserve 1 star but Google wouldn't let me post this review without it.)

Worst experience I've ever had in with a "healthcare professional". The reason for the quotes is this woman does not care about the health and didn't take care of her patient. There was an error and an incorrect text message was sent to me to pick up a script. I understand there was an issue but since I didn't have the copay on me she wouldn't see me in order to fill my script I was promised for a pick up. Ive seen many neurologists in the area and have never experienced the unprofessionalism and lack of empathy I did with this woman. Go somewhere else!

This was the most unprofessional "doctor" I have ever seen! I was not told that she only takes cash or check so I didn't have either with me. She told me to walk across the street and use the hospitals ATM so I did and when I got back I told her usually doctors offices will tell you before hand and her reply was "well they don't have to, common sense would tell you to bring a checkbook with you whenever you go to the doctor". I asked her for my copay back and took my paperwork and walked out! SO RUDE! Oh and by the way, don't expect a professional looking doctors office when you walk in. I walked into the room and it was a regular patient room that you would see at a medical doctors office that you go to when your sick. The bed that you usually sit on when the doctor checks your vitals and all was this lady's DESK! She had about 30 different patient files strewn across the bed. So unprofessional! Never again will I go to her!

This doctor is TERRIBLE, extremely rude, no manners what so ever. She acts as if she is better then you, and God forbid you have a question to ask her, the snippy answers you manage to get are far from helpful, She acts as if you aren't supposed to ask any questions, as if answering them isn't a part of HER job!! AVOID THIS WOMAN!
